Ordered fish and chips for one. It cost $15 and the portion was more than enough for two people! They use snapper fish and both the fish and chips were freshly cooked. Great meal and great value for money.

This place never misses a beat! Food is always delicious and very generous with serving sizes! Have definitely learnt to order as early as possible because this place gets packed with orders but we would definitely rather wait than going somewhere else because nowhere else even comes close to how amazing fatbellies food is!!

Hands down, the best, and most generous serve of fish & chips I have ever found! The fish is ALWAYS cooked to perfection, massive in serve size and service from Ray, Donna and family is friendly, fun and welcoming every time! Can't rate the entire place high enough! Keep cooking legends

Always on point: perfect cooked fleshy flaky fish, non-oily chips, amazing value (please don't change), and I have bought Fish n chips for 4 groups of my overseas visitors - and they all say it's the best value (Taste AND Quantity!) Fish & chips they've EVER had! This from people who have eaten in Singapore, Japan, Melbourne, Sydney and some live in NZ. It's so easy to order too - call in at 430pm when they open and say what time U want to pick up. Fish n chips for 2 has never disappointed. Park in front of the store for a quick pickup. Never a longer wait than 1-5 mins this way. Get the family pack if you want a really big feed 😂 we love to have ours in Armadale Memorial Park - just a minute's walk up and around Jull St. - Lovely little park with benches in evenings. And great if you have toddlers. (U can grab a drink from HJ's opposite n free ketchup, if U really need it.i love the fish all on its own! 😆) We never have photos because we just want to dig in right away!! Drooling just thinking about it.

Huge portions. Family and a kids pack was more than enough for 2 families of 4 and still leftovers. The batter is nice and crispy and not to oily. Make sure you call and place an order as its super busy

Had fish and chip from here many times and it’s always superb. Family meal is huge, we always have leftovers and the batterred snapper and chips is superb.

People told us about it, was told to try it, so we did, and OMG what a meal! Best fish an chips we have had in a long time, we will be back that's for sure Ps, best to phone an order as soon as they are open👍

Not one to leave a review . But my god . Why didn't I try this place earlier . Got the family fish n chips . And the serving was huge . Nice fresh chips thick peices of fish . And the price . So well priced This place gets busy ( I now see why with the quality of food ) I sugesst you get in early to make a order or face missing out . This will be our go to chippy from now on
